Nationwide Promotes Three To VP: Featured on Twice Online this week, was the news that the Nationwide Marketing Group promoted three key executives to VP posts. Ed Knodle, to member development VP; Frank Sandtner, to member services operations VP; and James MacAlpine, to rental division and business development VP. The promotions are the latest organizational changes for the buying group since the ascension of Robert Weisner to CEO earlier this year. Knodle will be working to make it easier for independent retailers to learn about all of the benefits of membership with Nationwide and teach them how to utilize these services to build a stronger more profitable business. Sandtner will now be responsible for the operational aspects of all member services, ranging from member communication system, data warehousing and services, digital signage, rebate processing and distribution initiative. Lastly, MacAlpine will be in charge of all rental operations and will seek out new business opportunities. Good luck and congrats gentlemen!
